§1Thousands of witnesses, including the Governor of Arizona, observed a craft 'the size of multiple football fields' silently traverse the city at low altitude. The Air Force initially denied any activity, then claimed flares.
§2Flares do not maintain rigid V-formation across 480 km. Flares do not turn 90° without inertia. Flares do not appear on Luke AFB primary radar as a single 1.6-kilometer return.
§3We have obtained the unedited radar tape from a retired controller. The object enters the sector at 19:55 local. It does not leave — it ceases to exist between two sweeps.
